the room felt a little tired. i found some chips in the furniture. there was mould in the plastic shower head. the air conditioning was quite noisy and didn't really cool the room..

The breakfast included many options to choose from. I found fresh breads and pastries. The hotel's location is near the train station. It was a four-minute walk.
The room had dirty carpet. The shower and tub were very small. I could not control the AC. The temperature in my room was always 23.5°c.

The hotel's location amazed me. It is very near the city center. walking there took just a few minutes. the breakfast buffet had many options. I enjoyed fresh fruit and pastries. also. the staff promptly organized tours for me.

The breakfast was GREAT, the choice was diverse and the staff organized two tours for us.
I found the walls between rooms were NOT soundproof. I could hear EVERYTHING from neighboring rooms. Even snoring at night was audible. This made it HARD to get a restful night's sleep.

the location worked fine for getting around.
My room had some issues. The soundproofing seemed non-existent, i could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. the shower over the bath was definitely awkward and not easy to use, particularly for someone with mobility issues.

Check-in was quick. The front desk staff were cute. The hotel offers daily room cleaning and provides the option for bedding changes, I think that's amazing. The location is central, so many attractions are within walking distance, this made exploring so easy and fun.
It wasn't a major problem but it's worth noting.

The reception desk clerks are efficient and friendly. Staff readily looked after suitcases after checkout. I found this very convenient, really helped to walk around the city.
